Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return & Exchange Window
You have 24 hours from the moment you receive your order to request a return or exchange — either directly with the courier at the door, or by contacting us within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages & Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
