Exchange & Return Policy
At YAFA, we value your trust and place your comfort as our top priority. To ensure clarity, please find our exchange and return policy below:
- Items can be inspected upon delivery in the presence of the courier.
- Returns are only accepted in case of a clear manufacturing defect.
- Exchange is available only in case of incorrect sizing, provided the item is in its original condition.
- Additional shipping fees apply to cover exchange costs.
In the case of an approved return, the refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receiving the returned item, via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
- Deposits are non-refundable in all cases, as production begins immediately after confirmation.
- Exceptions apply only in the following cases:
1- If we are unable to produce the requested item or color for reasons related to us.
2- If a clear manufacturing defect is found that cannot be repaired and is reported immediately upon receipt.
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
في YAFA نعتز بثقتك ونضع راحتك في مقدمة أولوياتنا، لذلك نعرض سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع بوضوح:
- متاح معاينة القطعة أثناء وجود المندوب.
- لا يوجد استرجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب واضح في القطعة.
- الاستبدال متاح فقط في حالة المقاس غير المناسب، بشرط أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية.
- يتم إضافة رسوم شحن إضافية لتغطية تكاليف الاستبدال.
- في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم استرداد ثمن القطعة خلال 15 يوم عمل من استلام المرتجع، ويتم التحويل عبر (InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash).
- الديبوزيت غير قابل للاسترجاع في جميع الحالات، حيث يتم البدء في تنفيذ الطلب فور تأكيد الديبوزيت.
- يُستثنى من ذلك الحالات التالية فقط:
1- في حال تعذر علينا تنفيذ القطعة أو اللون المطلوب لأي سبب خاص بنا.
2- وجود عيب تصنيع واضح لا يمكن إصلاحه، ويتم إبلاغنا به فور الاستلام.
Care
Avoid using the washing machine to wash linen and cotton
It is preferable to wash them separately outside the washing machine. The first time you wash linen or cotton, it must be outside the washing machine. Avoid chlorine completely.
The best thing is to dry clean.
Hot/Cold Water
Absolutely avoid using hot water for washing. Items should be washed with very cold water to avoid shrinkage.
Hanging Clothes
It is known that cotton fabrics wrinkle easily, so it is better and more efficient to iron them and then hang them on a hanger rather than fold them.
Ironing
Iron clothes on the appropriate heat setting for the fabric type and use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics.
Do not expose fabrics to high temperatures for any reason to avoid damaging them.
Storage
Store clothes in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading and damage.
